The role
We’re looking for a Junior Learning Designer to join our Education department, creating engaging content for either KS1, KS2 and KS3 learners.
As a Junior Learning Designer, you'll craft high-quality learning and assessment materials that foster a love of learning and enable rapid progress. Whether it's sparking a love for reading and wordplay, building confidence in maths, or strengthening problem-solving strategies, this role helps learners excel across key subjects. You'll play a vital role in designing resources that challenge and inspire, shaping curious and confident thinkers of the future.
What you will do
- Work within a team of teachers to give students an exceptional experience in online learning, assessment and exam preparation.
- Create educational resources for a range of curriculum and exam subjects, to motivate and challenge the most avid learners.
- Quality assure your colleagues’ learning and assessment content against guidelines for excellence.
- Master a range of authoring and content management tools so our students have a quality and highly-personalised learning experience.
Bonus experience that will set you apart: - Experience in teaching or tutoring, creating educational content for children in key subjects, demonstrating your ability to enable learning.
- A demonstrated passion for education and cognitive development, whether through personal projects, volunteering, academic achievements, or innovative teaching methods.
